everyone needs to contribute to the financial and physical
needs of the ranch..

Below are some of the activites that can be done for work-exchange.
General cleaning - this includes cleaning that would need to be done even if the ranch had no visitors, for example: vacuuming and dusting. It doesn't include cleaning up after oneself, of course.
Providing for basic community daily needs - gardening,
feeding animals, restoring native plants
on the land.
Maintenance of land and shared facilities - roof repairs, roads,
driveway, trimming trees, pathways, etc.
Expansion of shared facilities - construction, fence,
mortar, paint, etc.
