The main 40 acre lot is finally fenced to keep coyotes
and cows out. Ther are 4 very effective feline hunters who
have eliminated the rodent population and are also helping
to control the rabbit population.
The property is about 2 miles from a canyon, several miles from
Picacho Butte. The nearest full time neighbors are a couple of miles away, so
it is very peaceful and serene.
The topography of the land is somewhat like a cone, so
water retention will be easily done, now that the fence
is up so it isn't trampled by cows.
